En collaboration avec le KCE (Centre F\u00e9d\u00e9ral d&rsquo;Expertise des Soins de Sant\u00e9), nous lan\u00e7ons donc un projet pilote pour \u00e9tudier un <strong>nouveau mode de financement des soins infirmiers \u00e0 domicile en Belgique<\/strong>. Le d\u00e9marrage formel de ce projet pilote a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 par le Comit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;assurance de l&rsquo;INAMI le 3\/11\/2025.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Les pratiques de soins infirmiers \u00e0 domicile pouvaient s&rsquo;inscrire pour participer \u00e0 ce projet pilote. Ces candidatures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es et le Comit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;assurance a accept\u00e9 le 9 f\u00e9vrier 2026 <strong>58 candidats<\/strong> pour int\u00e9grer le projet. La s\u00e9lection comprend des pratiques salari\u00e9es, ind\u00e9pendantes et mixtes, n\u00e9erlandophones et francophones. Elle est compos\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 satisfaire <strong>\u00e0 toutes les conditions pr\u00e9alables fix\u00e9es par le KCE<\/strong> pour une \u00e9tude pilote scientifiquement rigoureuse.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">32 pratiques au total testeront en tant que pratiques pilotes un <strong>nouveau financement et une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de travailler<\/strong> et partageront leurs exp\u00e9riences. Ce groupe est compos\u00e9 de 1007 prestataires de soins. Simultan\u00e9ment, les <strong>26 autres pratiques serviront de groupe de contr\u00f4le<\/strong>, repr\u00e9sentant 912 prestataires de soins. Elles continuent de travailler comme auparavant, mais assument \u00e9galement quelques t\u00e2ches pour le <strong>suivi scientifique du projet<\/strong>.
